Peninsula Parcel can deliver your items if you require urgent same or next business day local delivery. Please contact Peninsula Parcel directly at 519-534-2506 to arrange item pick up, and pay the delivery fee.

1) Once your order is placed we will email you to confirm whether all of your items are in stock and provide you with a shipping quote. DO NOT SEND PAYMENT until we confirm your total & request payment.

2) Once the total for your order (items + shipping) has been sent to you, payment can be made by e-transfer or credit card (we will send you a Clover credit card payment link).

3) Please check your spam/junk folder if you are awaiting a response from us, as our emails sometimes end up there

Shipping costs for small businesses like ours in a very rural area are not cheap. Average shipping costs are $15-18 within Ontario/Quebec and $20-30 to other provinces. Shipping prices are mainly dependent on your location and the size/weight of the items. Ordering an inexpensive item does not equate to inexpensive shipping. If you are not willing to pay at least $15 for shipping then do not proceed with your order. If you are ordering litter, be prepared for your shipping costs to be higher (sometimes they are more than the cost of the litter). We will always discount/offer free shipping on larger orders where financially feasible to do so.
